Do you only do replacements?
No. Plenty of roofs only need a repair, and we'll tell you if yours is one of them.
How long does a replacement take?
A typical house takes one day, from tear-off to cleanup.
Do you work with insurance?
We'll tell you honestly whether it's a claim or just age. If it is one, you file the claim and we handle everything after that, until the roof is paid for.
Who pulls the permit?
We do. If your roof needs a permit, we pull it for you.
Do you help with HOA approval?
Yes. We work with you to keep the new roof within your HOA's rules.

Yes. Our 10-year workmanship warranty goes with the address, not the owner, so the next owner keeps it.
